Liability for content

We make every effort to keep the content of our site current. Despite careful editing, liability must remain excluded.

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages according to § 7 Abs.1 TMG and following the general laws.

According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we as service providers are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information. If we become aware of legal violations, we will immediately remove these contents. We assume liability in this respect only from the time of the knowledge of a possible infringement.

Liability for links

Our pages contain links to external websites of third parties on whose content we have no influence. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the contents of the linked pages. No liability is assumed for the content and the correctness of the information of linked sites of third party information providers.

At the time of linking, the linked pages were checked for possible legal violations WITHOUT COMPLAINTS. If we become aware of legal violations, we will immediately remove such links.

The content and works on these pages created by the site operators are subject to German copyright law. The copying, processing, distribution and any kind of exploitation outside the limits of copyright require the written consent of the respective author or creator.

Data protection

We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (for example, when communicating via e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of the data before access by third parties is not possible. Confidentiality with regard to data protection regulations is only guaranteed under the above limitation. In particular, all communications of personal data should only be made via the Internet as long as third-party rights are not affected, unless the third party has also given its consent in the knowledge of the above safety gaps. A liability of the site operator is excluded for the damages or injunctive relieves caused by such safety gaps.

The use of all published contact data by third parties for the transmission of advertising which has not been expressly requested will be rejected. The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal steps in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, for example by spam mail.
